The Fluke Networks LIQ-KIT LinkIQ Cable and Network Tester Kit is a professional cable and network testing solution designed for network technicians, IT professionals, installers, and field engineers. It combines Ethernet cable performance testing, network diagnostics, Power over Ethernet (PoE) verification, and cable troubleshooting in one convenient kit.
The LinkIQ tester provides cable performance testing up to 10GBASE-T using frequency-based measurements. It can display important cable information such as cable length, wire map, and distance to an open or short, helping technicians quickly identify cabling problems.
For network troubleshooting, the tester supports IPv4 and IPv6 ping and can provide information about the nearest connected switch, including its IP address, device name, port/VLAN number, and advertised data rates.
The kit also provides Ethernet Alliance-certified PoE verification, detecting PoE classes 1–8, available power, and performing a load test of the PoE supplied by the connected network switch. The included IntelliTone Probe assists technicians in locating and identifying cables efficiently.
Test results can be managed, and reports can be printed using LinkWare PC, making the LinkIQ suitable for professional network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and certification workflows.
