The NETCONNECT® SL Series Category 6 Modular Jack is a high-performance unshielded networking connector designed for reliable Gigabit Ethernet and structured cabling installations. Engineered to meet ANSI/TIA-568.2-D and ISO/IEC 11801 Class E standards, this modular jack delivers consistent network performance for voice, data, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications.
Featuring IDC termination and compatibility with both solid and stranded conductors, the jack supports T568A and T568B wiring schemes for flexible deployment. Its durable construction includes gold-plated beryllium copper contacts and phosphor bronze IDC terminals, ensuring excellent conductivity, long-term reliability, and superior signal integrity.
The jack is optimized for use with SL Series faceplates and panels and fully supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 PoE applications up to 90W. With a robust design capable of over 3,000 plug-to-jack mating cycles, it is ideal for enterprise networks, commercial buildings, data centers, and telecommunications infrastructure.
