The Tripp Lite NetDirector B020-008-17 is a professional-grade 1U rack-mount KVM console that combines an 8-port KVM switch, a 17-inch LCD monitor, a full-size keyboard, and an integrated touchpad into a single space-saving unit. Designed for enterprise server rooms and data centers, it enables administrators to control up to eight connected servers from a single console, reducing hardware costs and simplifying cable management.
The fold-away 17-inch LCD drawer saves valuable rack space while providing easy access for IT administrators. Multiple switching methods—including front-panel push buttons, keyboard hotkeys, and an on-screen display (OSD)—allow quick server selection. The unit also supports daisy-chaining compatible KVM switches to manage up to 256 servers from one console.
