Description
The Fortinet FortiGate-60D-POE is an enterprise-grade Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) designed for small businesses, branch offices, retail stores, and remote locations. It combines firewall protection, intrusion prevention (IPS), VPN, antivirus, web filtering, application control, and advanced threat protection in a compact desktop appliance.
The PoE (Power over Ethernet) version includes two PoE-enabled Gigabit Ethernet ports, allowing compatible devices such as IP phones, wireless access points, and IP cameras to receive power directly through the network cable. Built on Fortinet's SoC2 security processor and FortiOS platform, the FortiGate-60D-POE delivers high-performance network security while simplifying deployment and management. Although the 60D series is now a legacy product, it remains suitable for existing deployments, labs, and learning environments.
