The Fortinet FortiGate 80C is an enterprise-grade Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall designed for branch offices, small businesses, and distributed enterprise networks. Powered by FortiOS, it combines firewall protection, intrusion prevention (IPS), antivirus, anti-malware, web filtering, application control, VPN, and traffic shaping into a single security appliance.
The appliance features dual Gigabit WAN ports, multiple LAN interfaces, dedicated DMZ connectivity, and integrated VPN support for secure remote access. Designed for reliable network protection, the FortiGate 80C helps organizations defend against network, application, and web-based threats while maintaining high performance. Although it has been discontinued and replaced by newer models such as the FortiGate 80E, it remains suitable for legacy environments and lab deployments.
