The Fortinet FortiGate 80D is a high-performance Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall designed for small businesses, branch offices, retail stores, and enterprise edge deployments. Powered by FortiOS, it combines firewall protection, intrusion prevention (IPS), VPN, antivirus, web filtering, application control, anti-spam, and data loss prevention into a single security appliance.
With hardware-accelerated security processing, Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, and integrated storage for logging and reporting, the FortiGate 80D delivers reliable network protection while simplifying deployment and management. Although the model has reached End-of-Life, it remains suitable for legacy environments and replacement projects where supported firmware is not required.
